• Client must pay by bank transfer 30% of final price.
• Client will pay the remaining amount (70% of final price) upon arrival. In case of early departure, client will not get any reimbursement of paid amount.
• Check-in from 16h. All hosted over 16 years, must present a valid ID to fill in Traveller Registration according to Spanish Authorities.
• Check-out before 12h. Upon departure, the staff will carry out an inspection of the house to check everything is in order and that there are no forgotten items. The client agrees to leave the accommodation in perfect condition. If any damage occurs, the client must notify it as soon as possible. Any damage will be paid by the client.

• Up to 15 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be returned.
• After this period, the deposit will not be refundable but will be saved for another stay with one year validity.
• If the cancellation occurs within 2 days prior to arrival, the client will not have the right of any deposit refund or a change of dates.
• If the cancellation occurs within 2 days prior to arrival due to AEMET issuing an orange notice in the Cantabrian Mountains, the deposit will be saved for another stay with one year validity.

• During heating season, all houses have a basket of firewood ready for use. For safety and environmental protection, only wood can be burned in fireplaces.
• Bed linen and towels are supplied for the entire stay and also everything necessary for the beginning of the stay (toilet paper, soap, gel, dishwashing detergent, sugar, salt, oil, etc.) For stays longer than 7 nights, the staff will provide a new set of bed linen and towels.
• Houses have whirlpool baths for individual use. Petals or objects that clog their jets should not be added.
• Out of respect for future clients, please do not smoke inside the houses; They all have an ashtray outside.
• The accommodation is located in the urban center of Villafeliz de Babia; silence is requested after 11pm to respect the right to rest of neighbors and the rest of the guests.
• Pets:
  • • They must be supervised by their owners at all times. They cannott be left alone in the house or in common areas.
    • Excrement must be collected by its owners.
    • The showers and whirlpool bathtubs are for the exclusive use of clients.
